Refund policy

All Hallyu House products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection errors, or buyer's remorse.

 

We will issue a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

• Defective printing (significant misprints, color errors, or damaged print)

• Wrong item or size received due to our error

• Item damaged in transit

 

To request a replacement or refund, email hello@hallyuhouse.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will process approved replacements within 5–7 business days.

 

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection (please review our size guide before ordering)

• Change of mind or preference changes

• Minor color variations inherent to direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
