Shipping policy

All Hallyu House products are made to order. When you place an order, production begins immediately at our print-on-demand facility in the USA.

 

Production time: 3–5 business days

All items are printed and quality-checked before shipping. Production time does not include transit.

 

United States shipping:

Standard: 3–5 business days after production

Estimated total: 6–10 business days from order to delivery

Free standard shipping on US orders over $75

 

International shipping:

Estimated total: 2–3 weeks from order to delivery

Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

 

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after production has begun (typically within 24 hours of ordering). If you need to make a change, email hello@hallyuhouse.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production starts.
